Hatboro-Horsham School District Mul􀆟-Factor Authentication with Cisco Duo

Enrollment:

You will soon receive an email from Cisco Duo requesting that you enroll your mobile device to receive Cisco Push Notifications. If you haven’t yet installed Cisco Duo on your mobile device please install the application from the appropriate store:

Apple Store - Duo Mobile on the App Store (apple.com)

Google Play Store - duo mobile - Android Apps on Google Play

This email will come from no-reply@duosecurity.com and will look like the email below:

Step 1: Please select the hyperlink below “To begin, click this link to enroll a phone, tablet, or other device:” from your mobile device, as it will guide you through downloading and configuring Duo mobile on your device.

Step 2: Once you click the enrollment link, you will be taken to a webpage that looks like the image to the right. Please note the school district logo in the upper left corner.

Step 3: Click next on the screens that look like the images below:

Step 4: Please select “Duo Mobile” which provides the easiest way to receive and confirm notifications.

Step 5: Enter your phone number and click “Add Phone Number.”

Step 6: Confirm the correct phone number if it is correct select “Yes, it’s correct”

Step 7: You will receive a text message on your mobile phone with a verifica􀆟on code. Enter the verifica􀆟on code and select “Verify”. Your phone will now launch the Duo App and you will see your Hatboro-Horsham School District Account listed.
